Sona88 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

Sona88 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an internationally licensed online betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the legal relationship between Sona88 and any registered or unregistered user ("you" or "Member").

The following are key definitions used in this Agreement:

3.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only once the system issues a confirmation reference number. Until confirmation is received, the bet will not be regarded as completed.

3.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting and pre-match markets can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

3.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, the full stake will be refunded.
• If an event is suspended after it has started and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• For live betting, a result will be considered valid once at least the designated playing time has elapsed after the event begins.

3.4 Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

The above limits are subject to change, and Sona88 reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.

Sona88 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. These payment terms and conditions apply to all members.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by member tier
• Deposits are typically Within 5 minutes credited
• If your deposit is not completed, please contact support with your payment reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Each withdrawal request 1–24 hours processed within
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

Complying with these Terms and Conditions is required to enjoy Sona88's bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own specific terms; however, the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify for this bonus:

• Your first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration.
• The welcome bonus amount depends on the deposit amount, subject to a maximum limit.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the deposit + bonus amount at least at least 10 times must be wagered.
• Toward meeting the wagering requirement 30-day time will be available.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each promotion once only.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will only count toward wagering if placed at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Any bet placed with bonus funds that is subsequently voided will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Sona88 reserves the right to suspend or modify any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sona88. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in serious action being taken.

• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event, or having prior knowledge of such influence.
• Insider Trading: Betting using information not available to the general public.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account.
• Software Manipulation: Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Fraud: Creating an account with false information or committing payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the Platform.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

Sona88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious betting patterns or unusual transactions.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

You may request to close your account at any time. Once all pending bets are settled, any remaining balance will be returned to you.

Sona88 believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a source of income. Ensuring responsible gaming is a core part of these Terms & Conditions.

Sona88 provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you can bet within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for how long you bet in each session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely deactivate your account.
